What is an FRE?
An F.R.E. is a Flood Risk Evaluator. This 4-page report shows what the risk is for the house being damaged by a flood, as well as how many vents are needed in the home's foundation, and what the insurance savings could be if vents can be installed. Additionally, it compares what is currently being spent on flood insurance with the savings that the installation of vents could provide.

Below is an example of an F.R.E. This report includes the savings that can be gained over a 10 year period of time, which means that not only do the vents pay for themselves, the additional monies saved can be used for other budgetary needs and / or investments.
